It’s all in the mix!

BENNINGHOVEN plants discontinuously mix the precisely weighed components (mineral, bitumen, filler) of the asphalt mixture in batches in an asphalt mixer as required by the recipe.

Cold recycling

The BENNINGHOVEN cold recycling feed systems can be used to feed up to 40% recycling material into the mixing plant, with the cold RAP material being fed directly into the mixer. These systems can be used to handle even very small volumes of up to 2 t. A hot feed system can be integrated to offer the required flexibility.

Hot recycling

The use of BENNINGHOVEN hot recycling feed systems pays off in particular for large quantities and high recycling feed rates from 70% to over 100%. Alongside the proven parallel drum, another special feature is the recycling drum using the counter flow principle with hot gas generator – an eco-friendly, innovative and future-proof solution.

MULTI JET burners

When it comes to operating asphalt mixing plants in the most environmentally friendly and sustainable way possible, burner technology combined with fuel choice offer the greatest potential. Quick Track

Range of paving applications

Thanks to the wide range of paving widths from 0.25 m to 1.8 m, the MINI paver is suitable for a variety of paving tasks such as paving between tracks or in milled tracks. This makes it possible to lay asphalt by machine on the smallest of surfaces.

Undercarriage

The crawler undercarriage ensures optimum traction on loose ground. Thanks to its extreme maneuverability, the MINI 500 can maneuver in the smallest of spaces.

Operating concept

The operator has everything in view from the operator’s station directly behind the screed. This means that one person is often sufficient for operation. The functions of the switches are indicated by clear symbols in a language-neutral approach. As the symbols are identical to the operating concept, ErgoBasic the changeover is particularly easy for experienced operators of VÖGELE machines. But even inexperienced operators will soon find their way around the clearly-arranged operator’s console. Two additional screed remote controls are available for larger working widths.

    The MINI pavers are equipped with the AB 135 V extending screed, which can be hydraulically extended from 0.8 m to 1.35 m in width. A maximum working width of 1.8 m can be achieved with two widening sections.

Drive technology
  • A water-cooled two-cylinder diesel engine with an output of just 10.2 kW is sufficient to reliably drive all hydraulic units. The economical engine can run for an entire working day on a 16-liter tank.
