The economical paving method for compact asphalt pavements

  • InLine Pave is the innovative process developed by VÖGELE for building compact asphalt pavements. The heart of the InLine Pave train is the SUPER 2100-3 IP for placing the binder course. It is a modified standard paver with a special transfer module for the surface course material and an AB 600 Extending Screed in the TP2 Plus version. With its special tamper, two pressure bars and extra weights, it achieves extremely high density values. Based on VÖGELE’s unique pulsed-flow hydraulics, this screed is the jewel in the crown of InLine Pave technology.

VÖGELE InLine Pave

With the InLine Pave concept, VÖGELE offers a particularly innovative paving technique specially suited for “hot on hot” paving when building compact asphalt pavements. Yet conventional road construction jobs, too, can be carried out in high quality and very economically the VÖGELE InLine Pave machine technology.

ErgoPlus 3

Even the very best machine with the most advanced technology can only really show its strengths if it can be operated easily and as intuitively as possible. At the same time, it should offer an ergonomic and safe working environment for the operating team. Therefore, the ErgoPlus 3 operating concept focuses on the operator.

VÖGELE EcoPlus

Not content simply to ensure that our pavers comply with the applicable emissions directives, we like to go much further. The machine concept of the “Dash 5” generation is based on environmentally-friendly machine technology. An important component is VÖGELE EcoPlus, which reduces consumption and emissions.

Niveltronic Plus

The automatic levelling system Niveltronic Plus is an in-house development of JOSEPH VÖGELE AG and based on many years of experience in grade and slope control technology. Easy operation, precision and reliability are its hallmarks for perfect mastery of all grade and slope control jobs.

Quick Track

Range of paving applications

Thanks to the wide range of paving widths from 0.25 m to 1.8 m, the MINI paver is suitable for a variety of paving tasks such as paving between tracks or in milled tracks. This makes it possible to lay asphalt by machine on the smallest of surfaces.

Undercarriage

The crawler undercarriage ensures optimum traction on loose ground. Thanks to its extreme maneuverability, the MINI 500 can maneuver in the smallest of spaces.

Operating concept

The operator has everything in view from the operator’s station directly behind the screed. This means that one person is often sufficient for operation. The functions of the switches are indicated by clear symbols in a language-neutral approach. As the symbols are identical to the operating concept, ErgoBasic the changeover is particularly easy for experienced operators of VÖGELE machines. But even inexperienced operators will soon find their way around the clearly-arranged operator’s console. Two additional screed remote controls are available for larger working widths.

    The MINI pavers are equipped with the AB 135 V extending screed, which can be hydraulically extended from 0.8 m to 1.35 m in width. A maximum working width of 1.8 m can be achieved with two widening sections.

Drive technology
  • A water-cooled two-cylinder diesel engine with an output of just 10.2 kW is sufficient to reliably drive all hydraulic units. The economical engine can run for an entire working day on a 16-liter tank.
Material management
  • The material hopper is fed from the side by a wheel loader or a compact loader. The large material hopper holds up to 1.2 tons of mix.
