ErgoPlus 3

Even the very best machine with the most advanced technology can only really show its strengths if it can be operated easily and as intuitively as possible. At the same time, it should offer an ergonomic and safe working environment for the operating team. Therefore, the ErgoPlus 3 operating concept focuses on the operator.

VÖGELE EcoPlus

Not content simply to ensure that our pavers comply with the applicable emissions directives, we like to go much further. The machine concept of the “Dash 5” generation is based on environmentally-friendly machine technology. An important component is VÖGELE EcoPlus, which reduces consumption and emissions.

AutoSet Plus

With AutoSet Plus, we have enhanced the efficiency, the convenience and thus the quality of key job site processes. AutoSet Plus has two handy automatic functions.

The two functions of AutoSet Plus automate routine tasks, allowing work processes to be carried out more quickly and with greater control. This in turn means that construction projects can be completed faster and more reliably.

PaveDock and PaveDock Assistant

A constant supply of mix is essential for producing a level, high-quality pavement. That’s why VÖGELE developed the PaveDock Assistant for their “Dash 3” generation of pavers. This exceedingly efficient system greatly facilitates communication between the paver operator and the driver of the feed vehicle, and it ensures that the mix is supplied to the paver safely and without jolts. Used in combination with the PaveDock push-rollers, PaveDock Assistant contributes greatly to process safety during the transfer of the mix.

Niveltronic Plus

The automatic levelling system Niveltronic Plus is an in-house development of JOSEPH VÖGELE AG and based on many years of experience in grade and slope control technology. Easy operation, precision and reliability are its hallmarks for perfect mastery of all grade and slope control jobs.

Quick Track

Range of paving applications

Thanks to the wide range of paving widths from 0.25 m to 1.8 m, the MINI paver is suitable for a variety of paving tasks such as paving between tracks or in milled tracks. This makes it possible to lay asphalt by machine on the smallest of surfaces.

Undercarriage

The crawler undercarriage ensures optimum traction on loose ground. Thanks to its extreme maneuverability, the MINI 500 can maneuver in the smallest of spaces.

Operating concept

The operator has everything in view from the operator’s station directly behind the screed. This means that one person is often sufficient for operation. The functions of the switches are indicated by clear symbols in a language-neutral approach. As the symbols are identical to the operating concept, ErgoBasic the changeover is particularly easy for experienced operators of VÖGELE machines. But even inexperienced operators will soon find their way around the clearly-arranged operator’s console. Two additional screed remote controls are available for larger working widths.

    The MINI pavers are equipped with the AB 135 V extending screed, which can be hydraulically extended from 0.8 m to 1.35 m in width. A maximum working width of 1.8 m can be achieved with two widening sections.

Drive technology
  • A water-cooled two-cylinder diesel engine with an output of just 10.2 kW is sufficient to reliably drive all hydraulic units. The economical engine can run for an entire working day on a 16-liter tank.
Material management
  • The material hopper is fed from the side by a wheel loader or a compact loader. The large material hopper holds up to 1.2 tons of mix.
